| Library Cards:

A library card is issued free of charge to any person who has completed
the application form and can provide verification of mailing address.
Examples of acceptable verification of address: current California drivers license
or current California ID card, current utility bill, printed checks, etc.
Your library card can be used at the libraries in the following locations:
Clarksburg, Davis, Esparto, Knights Landing, West Sacramento, Winters and Yolo.
Children must be five (5) years old or in kindergarten to get a library card.
A parent or legal guardian must sign the child's application and is responsible for
any fines, fees, damage, or lost items.
Your card must be presented whenever materials are checked out.
The cost of a replacement card is $1.00.

An account is considered delinquent and no
further materials may be borrowed or renewed if
there are unpaid charges of $10.00 or more on
the account. |
